Fitness Competition App for Every Wearable. Now on iOS and Android.

Only app that syncs fitness data across all major wearables into a single leaderboard. Friends on iPhone and Android compete together, because every tracker feeds the same three metrics, Move, Exercise and Steps, and scoring runs on our servers, so the brand on your wrist does not decide the winner. Android is in public beta.

Meet Coach Mo — Your AI Fitness Coach
With Memory, Modes & a Personality

Coach Mo isn't a chatbot that forgets you after every conversation. Mo remembers your goals, your patterns, your rivals, and your best week — and uses all of it to coach you in real time. Whether you want straight talk or a roast, Mo adapts.

Pick Your Tone

Choose from 5 coaching personalities: Classic, Drill Sergeant, Hype Man, Big Sibling, or Sports Analyst. Mo coaches differently based on what actually moves you.

Roast Mode

Too much encouragement? Flip the switch. Mo uses your real activity data to roast your effort — specifically, personally, and without mercy.

Mo Remembers

Long-term memory across every session. Tell Mo your goals once and it tracks them forever — no repeating yourself, no starting over.

Competition Intel

Live rivalry tracking, rank gaps, and mid-competition tactical updates. Mo scouts your competitors so you always know what it'll take to move up.

Weekly Mo Report

Your week graded, wrapped, and shareable. Ring breakdowns, your best and worst day, trend deltas, and coaching notes for the week ahead — Monday morning.

Past You Ghost

Mo drops your personal best week onto your leaderboard as a live competitor. Race yourself. Mo narrates the gap in real time.

Your Week, Wrapped — The Mo Report

Your Week, Wrapped — The Mo Report

Every week, Mo drops a shareable multi-slide recap of your performance: your grade, your best and worst day, ring breakdowns, trend deltas, and a head-to-head on your competition. Think Spotify Wrapped, but for your rings — and it coaches you on what to do next.

Pro feature · Available with MoveTogether Pro

Race Your Own Best Week

Past You Ghost pulls your best completed week and puts it on your current leaderboard as a competitor. Can you beat yourself? Mo tracks the gap in real time and lets you know when you're ahead — or falling behind — your own record.

Race Your Own Best Week

Start Competing in Four Steps

Step 1

Download the app

Available on iOS and in public beta on Android. Takes just a couple minutes to get set up.

Step 2

Pick how you connect

Two paths in onboarding: Apple Health (no wearable required — Apple Watch, Tonal, Peloton, MIRROR, or iPhone-only) or a dedicated wearable (Google Fitbit, Garmin, WHOOP, Oura, and more). Either way lands on the same leaderboard.

Step 3

Invite your friends

Send a single link. Friends join in seconds, on whatever device they already wear — no awkward 'what app are you on' conversations.

Step 4

Start competing

Pick a format — weekend sprint, weekly grind, or monthly marathon. Mo tracks the rivalry in real time and roasts (or hypes) you the whole way.

Example week

What does a group week on MoveTogether look like?

Say six friends decide to compete and no two of them wear the same tracker: an Apple Watch, a Fitbit, a Garmin, a WHOOP, and two people who just carry their phone. Nobody buys a device and nobody switches ecosystems. Here is what their week looks like, from the invite link on Monday to the final standings on Sunday night.

This is a walkthrough of how MoveTogether works, not a customer story. Real group results go here once groups opt in to share theirs.

  1. Monday

    One link, six devices

Whoever sets it up picks the weekly format, Monday through Sunday, and sends a single invite link. Apple Health covers the Apple Watch and the two phone-only friends. Fitbit, Garmin and WHOOP each connect as their own data source in Settings.

  2. Tuesday

The leaderboard is live, and it is fair

Everyone competes on Move, Exercise and Steps against the same default goals of 500 calories, 30 minutes and 8,000 steps. Scoring runs on our servers, so the brand on the wrist does not decide it. Ranks move during the day, and getting passed sends a notification.

  3. Thursday

    Coach Mo scouts the gap

Ask Coach Mo where you stand and you get the actual point gap to the person above you instead of a pep talk. Roast mode turns your own numbers against you when you have been coasting. Free accounts include 5 Coach Mo messages for the lifetime of the account, and Pro is unlimited.

  4. Sunday

The week gets settled, ties included

Final standings are scored on the server. Equal totals share a rank, so a tied lead is shown as tied rather than the app picking a winner. Set the competition to repeat and every finished cycle keeps its own final standings.

  5. Next Monday

Nobody has to organize the next one

Move Leagues drops each of them into a fresh cohort of about 30 movers at their own tier every Monday. Top finishers promote, bottom finishers demote, across ten tiers from Walker to Legend. Free on every account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about MoveTogether before getting started.

What is a fitness competition app?

MoveTogether turns fitness tracking into multiplayer. Compete against friends and family on the same activity metrics you're already recording — Move rings, Exercise minutes, and Steps — no matter which device anyone wears. Live leaderboards, weekly competitions, and an AI coach that actually remembers you.

Does MoveTogether work with Apple Watch?

Yes — Apple Watch is fully supported. We pull your Move, Exercise, and Steps activity plus workouts directly from HealthKit so your existing data and goals carry over. No re-tracking, no re-pairing.

What is Coach Mo?

Coach Mo is your AI fitness coach with long-term memory. Mo remembers your goals, your patterns, your rivals, and your best week — and uses all of it to coach you in real time. Five personalities (Classic, Drill Sergeant, Hype Man, Big Sibling, Sports Analyst), plus a Roast mode that uses your real activity data when you've been slacking.

What wearables work with MoveTogether?

Two paths: Apple Health (no wearable required — Apple Watch, Tonal, Peloton, MIRROR, NordicTrack, 100+ fitness apps, or just an iPhone with no equipment) and seven dedicated wearable integrations: Google Health/Fitbit, Garmin, WHOOP, Strava, Polar, Oura, and Ultrahuman. Suunto is coming soon. We normalize activity across every supported source into a single fair leaderboard.

Is MoveTogether free?

Yes. The core app — competitions, leaderboards, multi-wearable sync, and Coach Mo — is free to start on iOS and in the Android public beta. MoveTogether Pro adds the Weekly Mo Report and Past You Ghost ghost-week competition. Current pricing is in the app and on the pricing page.

What is ring close competition?

MoveTogether uses three activity rings — Move (active calories), Exercise (active minutes), and Steps. A ring-close competition scores everyone on how consistently they close all three rings over the competition window, keeping the leaderboard fair across devices.
